If your event is impacted by Covid 19 or cancelled, your deposit is non refundable however can be transferred to a later makeup application or the rescheduled date valid for 12 months.

If your wedding is impacted by Covid 19, your deposit is non refundable however can be transferred only to the rescheduled wedding date. I will do my best to accomodate for your new wedding date however an additional travel/accomodation fee will be required if the location has changed. Unfortunately if CJA cannot satisfy the rescheduled date all monies will be lost.

In the event your appointment is affected by Covid 19 your deposit will be non refundable however can be transferred to a later date valid for 6 months, providing CJA can satisfy the new date. You will kindly be asked to provide government proof of a positive Covid 19 test allowing your monies to be kept on file for the 6 months the transferred deposit is valid.

I allow for 15 minutes before CJA reserves the right to cancel your appointment. This is mainly due to having back to back clients i’ll be unable to fit the person after you in.

When having a Sunday-Thursday appointment i ask to come on your own to your appointment. This due to working from my home studio, i am limitted in room. However, Fridays and Saturdays i work out of Ellie Dunne Collective which allows for someone to come with you ! However i will let you know when to message your parent/friend so your not waiting outside by yourself following the application.

All Sunday to Thursday appointments are located at my home studio in Mosman park, the address will be confirmed once booked. Friday and Saturday appointments I am located inside of Ellie Dunne Collective in Claremont. When booking, there is a Friday and Saturday option for each service, please select the option that goes in accordance to the day you are wanting to have your makeup application. You will be sent an email and SMS regarding your appointment location once booked.
